Dawn served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank since its inception. Previously, she was the Market President for Bank of America in Athens, Georgia, and was Chair of the Northeast Georgia Advisory Board of Directors for Bank of America. Dawn is a longtime member of the Rotary Club and has served as President. She is involved with numerous charitable endeavors. Dawn currently serves locally on the board of the Community Bankers Association of Georgia, the United Way of Walton County, the Walton County Chamber of Commerce and the Monroe Museum Board. She also serves on the Community Bankers Council of the American Bankers Association, an appointed position.
Lee served as Chief Lending Officer since the opening of Liberty First Bank in 2006 and was named President in 2020. Lee is a graduate of the University of Georgia as well as the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Born and raised here in Walton County, a graduate of Loganville High School, Lee has a heart for this community. He serves on the board for A Child's Voice Child Advocacy Center and is active in the Rotary Club of Monroe. Additionally, he is a deacon at First Baptist Church of Monroe, teaches adult Sunday School and coaches middle school basketball at George Walton Academy.
Bryan has over 35 years of banking experience. He is a graduate of Cedar Shoals High School and the University of Georgia. Prior to coming to work at Liberty First Bank, Bryan served as Director of Credit Services at State Bank & Trust in Athens and Chief Credit Officer with National Bank of Georgia in Athens. His experience also includes lending, compliance, and branch management. Bryan grew up in Athens, but has also lived in Monroe. He and his wife now live in Oconee County, and he had been active in various community and banking organizations.
Vicki joined Liberty First Bank in 2006 when the bank opened it's doors. Vicki has over 30 years of banking experience. She is a graduate of American Intercontinental University with dual Bachelor's in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. She is a lifelong resident of Social Circle, GA. Vicki volunteers in her community through the Social Circle Lions Club which she joined in May of 2006. She is a Past Council Chair for the state of Georgia and currently serves as the Vice Chair for the Georgia Lions Lighthouse.
Russell has been in banking for over 15 years and joined Liberty First Bank in 2016. Russell uses his desire to truly know his clients as individuals to find the best solutions for both their lending needs as well as total financial success. He is an ambassador for the Walton County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of Leadership Walton, class of 2018. He serves on the Board of Directors for Walton County Habitat for Humanity, and is an active member of Gratis Church where he serves on the Building Team and Building Campaign Leadership Team. When outside of the office, Russell enjoys time with his family and coaching travel baseball.
Maxine, born and raised in Greensboro, GA, understands the value of community and the importance of the community bank. With over 35 years of banking experience and a true passion for people, Maxine is always ready to lend a helping hand in her role as Human Resource and Banking Center Manager. Maxine serves on the education committee for the Walton County Chamber of Commerce and is dedicated to her church, serving there as the Director of Christian Education and the Women's Ministry. When not serving others, Maxine enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters and granddaughters.
Jenny began her banking career in 1985 as a teller and quickly moved into the compliance department. She has been a part of the Liberty First Bank team since 2012 where she serves as Compliance Officer. Jenny is a graduate of Monroe Area High School and received her bachelor's degree from Georgia State University. All three of Jenny's children have attended school at Monroe Area High School as well where she continues to be an avid sports fan and she serves on various Booster Club Boards for the high school.
Janet holds Monroe dear to her as it is her hometown. She is a graduate of George Walton Academy and went on to receive her BBA in Finance from the University of West Georgia. Janet has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and has been a part of the Liberty First Bank team since 2008. As a member of First United Methodist Church of Monroe, Janet serves on the Finance Committee and teaches Sunday School.
Kimberly has over 20 years of banking experience, and five years in mortgage lending. Prior to joining the Liberty First Bank team in 2018, Kimberly was in retail banking with BB&T. She is from Conyers, GA, but currently resides in Monroe with her husband and son. She is active in various community organizations and attends Corinth Christian Church. Kimberly enjoys traveling and camping with her family.
